The SEE Young Environmental Engineer of the Year Award
Nominations are invited for the 2016 Award
The nomination will be for a young “early career” engineer (normally under 30 years of age). The engineer may be in any employment category from Apprentice to Graduate. They must have undertaken or be engaged in an engineering project where their personal contribution has been significant.
The winner will receive £250 and a certificate and Society shield and will
have Honorary Membership for 3 years. In addition the winning project will
be featured in the Society’s magazine, Environmental Engineering as well as
on the website.
Nominators are asked to provide the following information.
Name and age of the candidate
Position within the company
Overall description of the project (maximum 200 words) together with
paragraphs under the following headings:
* Innovative aspects of the work
* Selection of materials/techniques
* Considerations of sustainability
* Management of cost constraints
