Young engineer Helen Bailey has won a prestigious industry award for her pioneering work which could reduce the carbon footprint of Britain’s road building industry using waste chip fat.
The Society has become a Constituent Body (CB) of the Society for the Environment (SocEnv). This means that from 1st January 2009 we shall be able to enrol suitably qualified Members of the Society as Chartered Environmentalists (CEnv).
